Turning Point Litigation Attorneys Recognized in 2026 North Carolina Super Lawyers®

Three attorneys at Turning Point Litigation  have been recognized in the 2026 North Carolina Super Lawyers® rankings for their work in complex litigation and business disputes.  The 2026 issue of North Carolina Super Lawyers contains more information.

Alan Duncan was selected to the North Carolina Super Lawyers Top 100 list and recognized in Business Litigation. The Top 100 designation is reserved for attorneys who receive the highest overall point totals in the Super Lawyers selection process, reflecting peer recognition and professional achievement.

Steve Russell was recognized as a North Carolina Super Lawyer in General Litigation, reflecting his work in appellate and complex litigation matters.

Tyler Nullmeyer was named to the North Carolina Rising Stars list in General Litigation. The Rising Stars list recognizes outstanding attorneys who are either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less, and includes no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in the state.
